A human review of a restriction or moderation concern.

Updated

Decisions can be questioned.

If you think a participation restriction or blocked message was a mistake, contact the operator. Appeals are reviewed manually. Sending an appeal does not automatically restore participation or resend a blocked message.

What to include

Tell us whether you used an account or a guest visit, when the decision appeared, any expiry or reference shown on the page, and why you disagree. If you use an account, write from its sign-in email. Keep your current browser available if you are a guest.

Do not send cookies, sign-in codes, identity documents, selfies, or another person’s private information. We may need to confirm which record is yours; an expired anonymous visit may no longer be identifiable. A description is enough to start—do not email a transcript.

What review can do

The operator will review the available evidence and explain the outcome or why there is not enough information to review it. We do not reveal another participant’s identity or private information. Automated message checks can make mistakes; restrictions following reports are moderator decisions.

Restrictions currently last up to 24 hours or seven days, bounded by the report’s expiry. Report evidence expires 30 days after capture, even if an appeal arrives later. Ordinary chat is not a history archive and cannot be reconstructed for an appeal after it is deleted.

Age-check or account problems

An age-check outcome is separate from a moderation restriction. Contact support if entry or account access is wrong; completing a new age check does not remove a moderation restriction. Please do not create new identities to evade a restriction.
